I need this flower plant either in sydney or brisbane.

I'd try a local nursery in Brisbane. Wholesalers further north like Mad About Plants, Ulysses Nursery and Burketown Nursery further north have it listed so if your local doesn't have it in stock, they should still be able to order it in for you.
